The initial registration required several details but was rapid. Mr Karbstein and his team were very responsive and helpful. Overall an excellent experience, including packing and delivery through their colleague Mr Falk.

The auction house was very forthcoming in answering questions and supplying additional photos. They also took charge of shipping which I would have found daunting as it the item was shipping from Germany to California

Issues with the auction where I had the highest bid but then was told that others were interested too and I had to bid higher to get the desired item. Communication with them was not proactive nor necessarily friendly. Overall, a disappointing experience. Can not recommend and would not use again unless I absolutely had to.

I don’t know if it was the app or where the fault lies, but my highest bids were never transferred. Therefore, I lost the all the item I wanted, and somehow I got put down for another bid on an item. I never wanted faulty app, faulty, live auctioneers I will never use this site again.
